Finding hope in noticing nature
A short voice note from the foggy South Downs on this strange day.

Today seemed the perfect day to do something I’ve been thinking of for a while: bring a bit of well-being and calm into your inbox with a video voice note from nature. I’m sure many of you across the world are feeling similar to me today: unsettled and fearful. Yes? Well, settle somewhere cosy, and let me bring a dose of the foggy South Downs (South coast of England) to you.
I’m still very much a video/podcast newbie so excuse any issues with quality!
Here’s a few of the things I noticed on my walk.

Love that today you tried something you’d been envisioning awhile. And you succeeded. Your lovely voice and delicate observations brought calm to my wet and windy corner of the world.
This is like a mini meditation, but visual and auditory. And with homework ☺️
